Pacified 10 have the worst officials, followed by mebbe the big ten....
hell i don't know... i just know i hate officials when they are routinely making judgment calls against my team that i find to be nitpicking, while i feel they are letting the enemy get away with equally blatant fouls...

Refs seem to be incompetent no matter where they are. Every week there is at least one team that you could say got robbed of something thanks to the refs. And usually there are more than one.
